Our Curriculum
A broad, in-depth academic and enrichment curriculum designed to maximise learning and expand horizons.
Stage-not-age learning
We believe that education is a journey that involves learning at relevant stages to fill any gaps in knowledge and skills. Our curriculum enables us to teach our young people at 'stage, not age'. Through this, we ensure that foundational skills and knowledge are in place so that learning progress is consistent and effective.

In-depth and comprehensive
Our curriculum covers all core subjects including English, Maths, Science, PSHE, Humanities, PE, IT & Computing and Art & Design. It covers learning stages from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 4, enabling us to meet our young people at an accurate stage in their learning journey.

Week-by-week schemes of learning
Our curriculum is structured in such a way as to provide our teaching staff with detailed week-by-week learning objectives and national curriculum targets - along with suggested topics and content for all levels and subjects.
